Reinforce your brand and make survey URLs easy to remember, by using the Custom URL feature. You can include your company name and customise each survey URL so that participants feel like they’ve never left your site.
Custom URL
A Custom URL allows you to add your company name to our generic ‘welcomes your feedback’ address. You can set up a Custom URL with your own text, which will be displayed at the beginning of all your survey URLs. You will then be able to edit the final part of each URL before you publish a survey. For example:
YourOrganisationName.welcomesyourfeedback.net/YourSurveyName
A Custom URL costs £195 per year. An SSL certificate is included in the annual cost.
