This webinar shows you how to boost engagement by including a survey question in the body of your email. This feature is designed to boost engagement by making it easy for people to give feedback.

Adding a question in the email body also breaks up the text, making the email easier to read.

This can increase the chances that the recipient will continue reading and respond to the survey.

This webinar covers how to use Tab controls to change the linear layout of your questionnaires and forms.

Tabbed surveys allow for easy navigation through a form – without a set route from start to finish. Each page is accessible using tabs at the top of the screen. There’s no need to scroll or click ‘next’ to view another page.

Tabs are useful for audits and evaluations, where a respondent may complete one section before another, or for forms used by multiple people, who each need to complete a different section.

This webinar is third in our series of Group Questionnaires and 360 Surveys webinars. The first webinar covers designing a group of similar surveys that can be sent to multiple people via one link. The second webinar looks at how to analyse the data from these surveys using Smart Reports.

You’ve seen how to design a group questionnaire and analyse the data.

Now this webinar guides you through using those techniques to create and analyse a 360 survey.

Typically, 360 Surveys are used in a workplace scenario. Employees are asked to complete a number of questionnaires: giving feedback on their peers, their superiors, their subordinates and also feeding back on themselves. When it comes to analysis, this webinar covers comparing and benchmarking your own views and compares them with those given by the different colleague sets (peers, superiors, subordinates).

This means you can establish a participant database quickly and easily from an existing survey. You can also seed information that allows for greater personalisation, based on previously given answers.

Here are some example uses that the webinar covers:

  • Form mailing lists
  • Follow-up surveys after training
  • Ongoing product testing
